Q:Failed to connect radio and APP

A:Maybe the BT programmer is loose, you need to push the programmer tightly into the K Plug again and try to read again, or check whether the programmer is turned on.

Q: Successfully connected, but read failure?

A: lf it still cannot be read after selecting the correct model, it may be the radio firmware version problem. Please message us we will provide a feasible solution. If it still can't be solved, we will give you a full r*fund.
